Crystal products can be purchased at our retail location, or selected items from our web site to be shipped directly to you by ordering online, or by calling 509-544-9260
between 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Mon - Sun
- All Shipments are Credit/Debit Card/ Visa, Master Card
- Orders are shipped via UPS
- All orders are inspected prior to shipment. Carefully inspect your order and report any discrepancies to our Customer Service Department with in 48 hours of receipt (NO EXCEPTIONS). We will not be responsible for missing or broken items after 48 hours
- All orders are shipped insured.
- Express Service such as Next Day, 2nd day, 3rd day or Saturday delivery is available upon request for an additional price
- when ordering, please provide us with a residential or commercial address because we do not sent item(s) to P.O. Boxes.
- If you would like to arrange other delivery options, please contact us at the time of your order. Pick up at Crystal Location can be arranged.
- Initial deposits for special order gown can be arrange with 50% down balance must be paid by time of pick up or ship out.
- Payment options are Credit Cards, Visa, Master Card, Money Order.
- Shipping Orders are confimed by email for all customers who have provided an e-mail address or mailed out recites to addresses provided.
- Free Ground Shipping within the Continental USA (48 States)
on all orders over $100!
- All orders canceled must be received at our corporate office in Pasco, WA at least 5 working days after placing your order. Canceled orders should be in writing and faxed to us ONLY. All custom designs and special orders are not subject to cancellation.
